Considering it's in Seattle, ties go to the Sounders ;-) so EJ gets the call and until he proves otherwise, so does Evans.
Pretty sure it will be Fabian Johnson and Geoff Cameron, but looking to attack Panama, I'd rather Holden get the call. And without Graham Zusi, Brad Davis is the best crossing option. Instead of playing him off the bench when Jozy Altidore is tired, give him the start and bring the speedy Johnson in late.
