I drop Evans for Cameron because against any team playing direct with long balls like Panama, it's good to have as many tall guys as possible. Also you might find a use for Evans in the midfield.
Kljestan gets the start for Jones because you need someone capable of spreading ball around which helps breakdown a tough Panamanian defense.
Corona gets Dempsey role while Dempsey heads out wide because you're better off going 1v2 at the forward line than having a withdrawn Dempsey try to help out Altidore.
Corona will help facilitate the attack in between the two lines, something Dempsey is not good at. Move Dempsey out right and have him cut inside and force the Panamanians to adjust.
Doubt this happens though.
