Not the ideal set up for the USMNT, but one that will have to do with so many men missing the match. Klinsmann will likely keep the back line the same, despite some of the struggles they had in the Jamaica match. Cameron looked decent stepping in for Jones in the holding midfield spot, and with some time to go over his role, he should be serviceable in the slot with Jones missing this game. This will give Bradley more freedom to roam into the attack, which- without Jones- should help the attack maintain some of the creativity we've been seeing. Fabian Johnson looked good enough to warrant another start, and Eddie Johnson is the best choice to replace Zusi (at least with Gomez still injured). Dempsey and Altidore are locks to start, and will hopefully provide enough firepower to get the U.S. another 3 points.
