Zusi is out. Jermaine Jones is concussed. I think you can play a 4-4-2 against Panama and try to press harder to score. Dempsey has had great success in his career as a wide midfielder, and you can give him the freedom to move where he wants. I'm not sure who the second CM is. I wouldn't be shocked to see Stuart Holden or Geoff Cameron there. I'd probably play Evans there, but I don't know if you want to mess with a good thing.
