With Jones probably out with a concussion, I think Kljestan will be in (instead of Cameron who Jurgen subbed in v. MEX). And with Zusi out on yellow cards, I think Johnson will take his place on the wing. Otherwise, I think we'll see the same lineup which has been working pretty well the past few matches.
