With Zusi and possibly Jones out, this lineup will look much differently than it did against Jamaica. It could just be wishful thinking on my part but I don't want to see Brad Davis start on the left. I think/hope EJ starts over there and Fab gets moved to RM. If Jones can't go I believe Cameron proved himself more than capable of filling in during the last 30 minutes of the Jamaica game. People will ask for Holden but I doubt he's at the level where the coaching staff feels comfortable putting him out there to start a WC Qualifier.
