5-3-2 is a dynamic formation that really suits the US well when going up against top tier competition. We have several established and emerging talents at CB, so I say give Aaron Long a shot out there with our top 2 guys Miazga and Brooks. Yedlin and Robinson are our best fullbacks and can also play wing back. McKennie and Adams are no brainer. I go with Acosta>Trapp bc Acosta is more athletic and a DMid isn’t necessary in this defensive formation. Wood and Weah are both no brainers to start as well.
