Up top we have Jozy Altidore. Altidore has been red hot for Dutch side AZ. He has scored 9 league goals this season which puts him at 2nd in the league in goals. On the wings we have Joe Gyau and Josh Gatt making there first international appearances for the USMNT senior squad. Gatt and Gyau are both natural wingers which will fit into JK's plan on having speedy wingers on the outside to bring service into the box. In the hole behind the striker is Sacha Kljestan. Kljestan is in good form with his Belgian championship side and will fill dempsey's usual role as attacking playmaker. At defense midfield is the two easy selections of Bradley and Williams. Both have paired together in the center of the park in the previous world cup qualifiers for the Americans. In the back, Timmy Chandler comes back to the US mens national team with a bang, grabbing a start in his first game since USA's 3-2 win over Slovenia in 2011. On the left, fullback Fabian Johnson returns to the squad after failing to appear in the recent qualifiers due to illness. In the center of defense, no changes to the Cameron/Bocanegra partnership that started and played the full 90 in the last world cup qualifier. And lastly, in goal is stalwart Timmy Howard. Howard will be making his 84th appearance for the Stars and Stripes
