This is somewhat of an informed selection taking into account some of the narrative from Bruce. First of all, the seasoned regulars were not called in to the squad to sit on the bench or provide guidance, they're here to do a job so I expect them all in the line-up tonight. Arena has said that he will assess whether or not Dempsey is still a 90 minute national team player and the only way to do that is to see if he can go the 90, He starts with Altideore. I put Arriola in instead of Morris as I feel Morris' pace off the bench could be more of an asset especially if Clint tires or if Arriola isn't having an influence. Bradley and Acosta and Nagbe have been fine together before, keep padding that chenistry. I don't know if it will happen, but it would be great to see Miazga get another game too, But could easily see the return of Gonzalez and Besler too and I'm ok with that also, It works. I want Lichaj, But I have a feeling we're getting Zusi at RB again. He is improving there, but it makes me uneasy. I also can't see Howard sitting on the bench, which is a shame for Guzan but just the reality of it. Great experience for Jese Gonzalez to be in camp with both too.
