With Guzan not getting playing time for Middlesbrough and Howard still recovering from his injury, I expect Rimando to be the starting GK for the World Cup Qualifiers in March, and should start here vs Jamaica as well. At LB, VillafaƱa should get a more extended look after Garza didn't impress against Serbia. Marshall and Birnbaum remain at CB, and Zusi gets another game for his experimental shift to RB. With Jones and Kljestan out for this game, Feilhaber and Lletget have big opportunities to start and show well against Jamaica, alongside Nagbe, who was the best U.S. player vs Serbia. Most importantly, Morris and Altidore start up top together because the U.S. absolutely NEEDS to play 2 forwards, as Jozy himself said they are always more dangerous and effective when they do so. This Jamaica squad is even weaker than Serbia's, particularly lacking attacking threats, which should enable the U.S. to aggressively push forward and put in a better offensive display than the uninspiring 0-0 draw against Serbia.
