Meanwhile, you keep Bedoya and Orozco- no nonsense grinders- on the other wing, where Costa Rica prefers to overload and switch.
Bradley and Kljestan, because it has worked historically and b/c Jones isn't fit and played 90 Friday.
I'm going Carter-Vickers in that environment b/c he is just young enough to not know where he is. That's worth it to me given Gonzalez's uncertainty moving in space, especially against the freakish Urena and/or the pace of Campbell
